Today we met in the Cafeteria at 6:00pm to go over the games and activities we would be executing on the event day. We also went over the general outline as what our event would look like and how long each segment would be. Portions of the event were delegated and fact that would be shared were firmed up.
I have a lot of information to cover in my portion of the event. I prepared my part carefully, and made sure it was targeting university students. I put myself in the audiences position, and tried to imagine what I would want to hear. I didn't want to be boring! I needed to make sure I was educational and motivational at the same time! ahhh!
